Green Chemistry Education in the Middle East, Africa, Central & South America


We have many students of Middle Eastern ancestry at Eastern Michigan University, and some have signed on to do chem ed research projects with me.  One area that we are looking at is green chemistry education in the Middle East, Africa, and Central & South America.  Having a multicultural family, with an adopted son from Guatemala, I am always interested in that country, and others like it.

New Green Chemistry Research Blog from UC Berkeley Students

Hello Everyone,
I want to let members of GCEdNet know about a new project at Berkeley. A group of former and current graduate students at UC Berkeley have begun a new greenchemblog. Our aim is to provide a critical review of the latest Green Chemistry literature, while providing a forum where current issues including materials, toxicology and synthesis can be debated by the community.
