Claudia Bode's Page

I am currently the Education Director for the Center for Environmentally Beneficial Catalysis or CEBC. This is a multidisciplinary research center headquartered at the University of Kansas. For the past 4 years, I have helped develop new graduate-level courses, many of which are video-broadcast to partner universities. I also lead numerous public outreach events and create low-tech YouTube videos in order to educate, train and inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers. After receiving my PhD in biochemistry from the University of Kansas, I served as a postdoctoral research fellow for an NIH-IRACDA program. During this time, I taught cellular biology courses at Haskell Indian Nations University.
