Event Description

This half-day workshop, sponsored by the ACS Green Chemistry Institute ® (ACS GCI), will introduce the concepts of green chemistry, show real-world examples, and make the business case for green chemistry. Learn about greener, safer alternatives, metrics for comparing the greenness of chemicals and processes, and resources available from ACS GCI and others. The course, targeted towards professionals in the chemical enterprise, will be led by green chemistry experts from and working with ACS GCI.
